2. Teach management concept to dealers
After signing contract, management center of headquarters will share the management concept with dealers and offer the specialized training and instruction, which includes uniform instrument configuration and usage to meet the demand of patients.
3. Sales and management support
Besides the reward policy, the penalty measure is also explicitly written in the regulation. Any activity of disturbing the market will be strictly punished without appeasement to protect the benefit of Kangjiantong and other dealers.
1) Reward statute
The dealers who observe and implement the sales policies and complete the stipulated sales ration, will be awarded the sales plan.
Dealers who perform preeminently and grow rapidly, will obtain extra support besides reward.
Special fund will be established to spirit up local executive manager and marketing director who perform preeminently.
2) Punish statute
Dealers who sale or deal on purpose across the limited area will be punished by 5 to 10 times of trade volume fines. The commission qualifications will be cancelled if party B refuses to correct the mistakes.
Retail price which fixed by dealers is under the limited lowest price which fixed by headquarters, which is on the purpose of disturbing market price system will be punished by 5 times of price difference. The commission qualification will be deprived if the plot is serious.
3) Model market support
2-3 branches are selected to obtain emphasized support. The selected stores will be set as a good example for other franchisers. Through visiting model branches, dealers’ ability, such as marketing operation, information analysis, management, solving the problem of the business, would be greatly enhanced.
